Refund Process at Skin Base 24

Refunds on the Skin Base 24 platform are processed in two stages:

Refund to Your Website Balance

The refunded amount is first credited to your Skin Base 24 account balance. You can use these funds for future purchases by selecting “account balance” as your payment method during checkout.

Return to Original Payment Method

If preferred, the balance can be returned to your original payment source. Please note that this process may take up to 96 business hours from the time our support team initiates the refund request.

When Can You Request a Refund?

You can request a refund from your Skin Base 24 balance in the following situations:

Order Cancellation

If your order was canceled, you are entitled to a refund.

Unsatisfactory Service

If the service provided by a booster was extremely poor, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. After our investigation, a final decision regarding your refund will be communicated.

Change of Mind

If you decide not to proceed with a purchase from our platform, you can request a refund. However, if the order has already been processed, only a partial refund may be granted based on the progress.

Arbitration Decision

If a dispute was raised and our Arbitration Team rules in favor of a refund (full or partial), the corresponding amount will be returned accordingly.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our Support Team via the “I need help” option on your order page or use the chat feature on the Skin Base 24 website.

Note: Arbitration ticket investigations usually take 3 to 5 business days.

Refund to Original Payment Method — Important Guidelines

Same Source Requirement

Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the initial transaction (such as the original bank account or PayPal).

Full or Partial Refund

You may request a full or partial refund. However, note that most payment providers support only full refunds. Partial refunds are only supported by a limited number of major providers, such as PayPal. Skin Base 24 cannot modify these conditions.

Partial Refund Limitations

If you funded your Skin Base 24 balance and spent only part of it — or if a dispute led to a partial refund — only a partial refund can be processed. If your payment provider does not support partial refunds, this option will be unavailable. However, any remaining balance will stay in your Skin Base 24 account for future use.

Refund Status Inquiries

Inquiries about the status of refunds to your original payment method will only be entertained after 96 business hours. Once processed, it may take 1 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. Skin Base 24 has no control over these timelines.

No Additional Commission

Skin Base 24 does not charge any additional commission for refunds. You will receive the exact amount you originally paid. If your payment system charged a commission during the initial transaction (e.g., bank or PayPal), it will also be refunded.
